Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Please contact them directly through their support channels to request a refund for your subscription.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your data directly from the app by going to Settings > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing us at contact@spyke.website. We will process your request within 30 days.
Why isn't the app showing updates?
Spyke monitors publicly available Instagram activity. If the monitored account is set to private, or if Instagram has made changes to their platform, data may be temporarily unavailable. If the issue persists, please contact us.
